Our recruitment services are free to employers. We utilise our connections with government funded training to ensure that candidates are provided with the required training to ensure they are up-skilled pre employment. Therefore, we do not require employers to pay.

The only commitment from employers are to provide interviews and jobs to the successful applicants.

Skills Training

Through our established connections, AAL Ltd is able to offer existing employees and new applicants training. This ensures they have the relevant skills to conduct their roles and responsibilities to the highest standard.

All training is free subject to eligibility requirements.
